Established in 2001 and located in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, BaoTi Huashen Titanium Co., Ltd. became a joint-stock enterprise of Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. in September 2007. The company now occupies a site area of 420 acres, with total assets reaching 1.5 billion yuan. It specializes in the production of sponge titanium, sponge zirconium, and  titanic chloride , with an annual output of 25,000 tons of sponge titanium, 1,000 tons of sponge zirconium, and 120,000 tons of titanic chloride.

Currently, the company employs 1,014 staff members, including 917 in the production division (73 production and technical management personnel and 844 production workers), 15 in the operations division, 43 in the administrative division, and 33 in the quality division. There are also six senior executives.

As China’s first enterprise to achieve full-process, large-scale production of titanium, zirconium, and hafnium, BaoTi Huashen Titanium Co., Ltd. is also an industry leader in intelligent and digital manufacturing. The company has forged long-term, stable partnerships with major domestic titanium material suppliers, serving as one of their key raw material providers.

Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, the company boasts a highly skilled workforce that stays abreast of global technological advancements, along with a systematic R&D framework and robust technical development capabilities. It operates a Chlorination Metallurgy Research Institute and a provincial-level Enterprise Technology Center, having secured over 30 provincial and municipal scientific achievements and more than 60 national patents. The company maintains a comprehensive quality control and assurance system, certified under both the GJB9001C-2017 and ISO9001-2015 quality management standards.
